I have been a Wethergage Management client for over 12 years! I have had great experiences throughout that time. The office staff is very attentive and Brett is phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home or rent their home. They will always take care of you!

To start with that I have a property with a bad tenant do not want to pay and don't want to leave. Many property Mangment do not want to handle the situation. It was a mriecal to find Wethergage Property Mangment the are so professional they handle the issue like no other Mangment they find ma an attorney and went with me to court a few times till I got my property back fixd they got me a perfect tenant with good rent and that was the first property so I went ahead with them for the second property, it was unbelievable they increase the rent $500.00 a month I could not believe what's going on and they told me the old property Mangment rent my house under price for years now I am very happy customer, very happy with their rates getting rent on time , no problem at all so I will be with Wethergage property Mangment for good as long as I have property. I highly recommend them for any property rent or sale or even buy a home in any city. They help me in Orange County, corona and Oxnard. They knowen being honest, serous and know the law very well.
